About the event
If you’d like to feel more confident recognising the birds you see in gardens, parks, or woodland walks, this relaxed online session will give you a solid place to start.
We’ll take a closer look at some of the main bird families that show up in these spaces – like tits, finches, thrushes, corvids and more – and explore the features that help you tell them apart. Whether it’s size, shape, behaviour or sound, the aim is to give you some straightforward tools to make sense of what you're seeing (and hearing) outdoors.
You don’t need to know anything in advance – just an interest in learning a bit more about the birds you pass by every day.
Duration: 1 hour (plus time for questions)
Who it’s for: Anyone looking to learn more about the birds around them
Delivered via: Zoom (joining link sent by email after booking)
